(b) On February 24, 2009, two members of Analysts International Corporation’s (the “Company”) Board of Directors, Willard W. Brittain and Michael B. Esstman, notified the Company that they will not stand for re-election at the Company’s annual shareholders meeting in 2009. Both members will remain on the Board until their terms of service expire.
