1. Severance Benefit Plan
On October 21, 2009, the Board of Directors of BroadVision, Inc. (the "Company") approved the amendment of the Company's Severance Benefit Plan (the "Plan"), which was previously approved on March 26, 2007. The amendment alters the benefits accrual and caps on such accrual under the Plan for certain eligible employees
of the Company. The description contained in this Item 5.02 of the Plan is qualified in its entirely by reference to the full text of the amended Plan, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 10.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
