On November 5, 2009, Coleman Cable Inc. (“Coleman”) issued a press release announcing earnings and providing analysis of operations for its third quarter ended September 30, 2009. The press release also provided earnings guidance for Coleman’s fourth quarter ending December 31, 2009. A copy of Coleman’s press release, dated November 5, 2009, is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
