On October 28, 2009, DPL Inc. On October 28, 2009, the Company issued a press release announcing that the Company’s Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.285 per common share, payable December 1, 2009, to common shareholders of record as of November 13, 2009.  This dividend continues the annualized dividend rate of $1.14 per share.  A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.4 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
