Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On Monday, October 26, 2009, Ferro Corporation ("the Company") issued a press release that discussed quarterly financial results for the three months ending September 30, 2009, and the business conditions expected during the fourth quarter of 2009. The press release also provided information regarding a conference call to be held on Tuesday, October 27, 2009, in which the Company's management will discuss the financial results.
