     On October 28, 2009, the Company issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors has approved a regular quarterly dividend to be paid to the holders of the outstanding shares of capital stock. A cash dividend of $0.07 per share of common stock outstanding or issuable upon conversion of outstanding shares of non-voting common stock and Series B preferred stock will be paid on November 25, 2009 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on November 11, 2009.
