On October 28, 2009, Mercer Insurance Group, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release (the
“Press Release”) containing financial information regarding its financial condition and results of
operations at, and for the three and nine-month periods ended, September 30, 2009. The Press
Release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
