On November 23, 2007, Optio Software, Inc. (“Optio”) repurchased 701,250 common shares for $1.20 per common share pursuant to Optio’s share repurchase plan from a single shareholder in a privately negotiated transaction. This was all of the shares owned by this shareholder. Optio can still purchase up to approximately $300,000 worth of common shares under the share repurchase plan.
