On December 4, 2007, QuickLogic Corporation (the “Company”) received a letter of resignation from Nicholas Aretakis, a member of the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”) and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee of the Board, effective immediately. Mr. Aretakis advised the Board that he was resigning for personal reasons.
