On September 18 and 19, 2008, the management of Regency Energy Partners LP, or the Partnership, will make presentations at the 2008 UBS MLP Conference including the expansion of its Regency Intrastate Pipeline to serve the Haynesville Shale production area. The presentation will include details on the rationale for the project, sources of financing, amount and timing of planned incremental capacity, indications of demand for transmission services, and expectations of returns on the investment. A copy of the presentation is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference.
