Below is updated biographical information for the Company’s director, Andre R. Horn.

ANDRE R. HORN has been a director of REMEC since 1988. Mr. Horn is the retired Chairman of the Board of Joy Manufacturing Company. From 1985 to 1991, Mr. Horn served as the Chairman of the Board of Needham & Company, Inc. He currently holds the honorary position of Chairman Emeritus of Needham & Company, Inc. Mr. Horn was re-elected to the Needham Board in February 2006. He is also a director of Southwall Technologies, a maker of sputtered materials used on flexible substrates for energy conservation. Mr. Horn was an auditor for Arthur Young from 1950 to 1955. Before moving to overall administrative positions, he served as Controller for Joy France, and was head of international auditing, Corporate Treasurer and CFO of Joy Manufacturing. He chaired the audit committees of Landmark Savings, GTI Corporation and Western Digital. Mr. Horn holds a B.S. degree in Mathematics from the University of Paris and is a graduate of the Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales (Paris).
