Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers.
On June 27, 2008, Vincent F. Doran notified the Board of Directors of ResCare, Inc. of his intent to retire as President, Employment and Training Services Group of the Company. Mr. Doran will continue employment with ResCare until December 31, 2008. Mr. Doran’s employment agreement will terminate on that date.
