December 21, 2006 announced its application for listing on the American
Stock
Exchange. The Company has spoken to representatives at the AMEX and
anticipates
the approval process will take approximately 10 weeks. Therefore,
Resolve hopes
to receive approval for its listing sometime in early
2007.
