On December 11, 2006, the Board of Directors of Resources Connection, Inc. (the “Company”) received notice of the resignation of Julie A. Hill from its Board of Directors and Audit Committee. Ms. Hill voluntarily resigned in order to devote more time to her other professional and personal commitments.
