Resignation of Phillip Liao as Director. On March 6, 2007, Phillip Liao resigned from his position as a member of the Board of Directors of Sirenza Microdevices, Inc., citing health reasons and a wish to focus on other opportunities. Mr. Liao's resignation was not due to any disagreement with the company on any matter relating to the company's operations, policies or practices.
