Resignation of Phillip Liao as President of PDI Segment. On December 11, 2006, Phillip Liao resigned from his employment with the Company as the President of its subsidiary Premier Devices- A Sirenza Company and the Company's PDI segment, citing personal and health reasons. He will continue to serve as a member of the Company's Board of Directors.
Appointment of Gerald Quinnell as Acting President, PDI Segment. Also on December 11, 2006, the Company appointed Gerald Quinnell as Interim President of its PDI segment until a successor for Mr. Liao is identified. Mr. Quinnell has been with the Company since November 1998, most recently serving as its Executive Vice President, Corporate Business Development.
