On October 28, 2009, Asheem Chandna, a member of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Sourcefire, Inc. (the “Company”), resigned from the Board effective immediately. Prior to his resignation, Mr. Chandna was serving as a member of the Company’s Audit Committee and Nominating and Governance Committee. Mr. Chandna had served as a member of the Board since May 2003, providing valuable contributions and guidance to the Company. Mr. Chandna advised the Company that his resignation was not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
