ITEM 8.01. OTHER EVENTS.
TASER International, Inc. (the “Company”), certain of its former and current officers and
directors, and plaintiffs in certain shareholder derivative actions have executed a stipulation
dated December 4, 2006 to settle the shareholder derivative actions. On December 13, 2006, the
U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona, in the action titled In re TASER International
Shareholder Derivative Litigation, Case No. CV-05-123-PHX-SRB, entered an order preliminarily
approving the settlement. Pursuant to that order, the Company provides the “Notice of Settlement of Shareholder
Derivative Action” attached hereto as Exhibit 10.18.
