The registrant, respectfully, accepts and recognizes the tendered resignation herewith and without malice. Furthermore, there are no disagreements on accounting practices and principles between the Certifying Accountant and the Registrant, as disclosed in the Certifying Accountant's last audit report for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2002.
