On October 1, 2007, Technology Investment Capital Corp. issued a press release announcing that it intends to change its name to TICC Capital Corp. The name change is expected to become effective on or about December 3, 2007. Once the name change becomes effective, TICC will no longer maintain a policy to invest, under normal circumstances, at least 80% of the value of its net assets (including the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes) in technology-related companies.
