On December 19, 2007 Nevada Security Bank, the wholly owned subsidiary of The Bank Holdings (the "Company") published legal notice that its temporary branch location at 150 Isidor Court #203, Sparks, Nevada 89431 would be closed not later than March 31, 2008.
