(b) On August 6, 2008, Exterran Partners, L.P. (the “Partnership”) announced that as of that date,
Brian A. Matusek, the Senior Vice President of Exterran GP LLC, the managing general partner of the
Partnership, has ceased service in that capacity. Mr. Matusek’s service on the board of directors
of the Partnership’s managing general partner also was terminated as of that date.
