8.01 Other Events.
On
November 2, 2006, the Registrant received confirmation and documentation via
facsimile from Kidde Fire Fighting, Inc. (“Kidde”) that All-Clear™ has been
conditionally registered by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Office
of
Pesticides Programs Antimicrobials Division (“EPA”), under registration number
82932-1.
The
Registrant is seeking clarification from Kidde regarding further registration
or
approvals for other uses of All-Clear™, and will provide additional information
as it becomes available.
This
conditional EPA registration does not imply any current or future revenues
for
the Registrant.
The
foregoing discussion is qualified in its entirety by reference to the EPA notice
dated and delivered to Kidde on October 27, 2006 and received by registrant
from
Kidde on November 2, 2006, which is attached as an exhibit to this Report.
