Vineyard National Bancorp - Recent Material Event On June 12, 2008,
Vineyard National Bancorp issued a press release to announce
that its Board of Directors set the 2008 Annual Meeting of Shareholders (“2008
Annual Meeting”) for August 5, 2008, with June 20, 2008 as the record date for
shareholders entitled to vote at the 2008 Annual
Meeting.
A copy of the press release is
filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference
herein.
