Corporation appointed John C. Hope III, current President and Chief Operating
Officer, to Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer
effective on March 16, 2008 following the previously announced retirement
of
William L. Marks, current Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer,
on
March 15, 2008.
