ITEM 8.01 OTHER EVENTS.
On December 3, 2008, the Company announced that Katherine A. Bolseth, Executive Vice President
of Engineering and Product Development, has resigned from such position effective December 12,
2008. Executive Vice President Scott Koller has expanded his role in the Company to include
product development.
On December 3, 2008, the Company issued a press release regarding this matter, which is
attached hereto as Exhibit 99 and incorporated herein by reference.
