On October 28, 2009, the board of directors of Worldwide Energy and Manufacturing USA, Inc. (the “Company”) determined not to proceed with a previously planned change in the name of the Company to Worldwide Solar Group, Inc.  Accordingly, the name of the Company will remain Worldwide Energy and Manufacturing USA, Inc.
