On
June
16, 2008, YTB International, Inc. (“YTB”
or
the
“Company”)
held
its Annual Meeting of Stockholders for the 2008 fiscal year. The two proposals
submitted by YTB’s Board of Directors to the Company’s stockholders were
approved at the meeting, including:
Proposal
1:
The
election of each of Mr. Andrew Wilder, Mr. Clay Winfield, and Mr. Harold
Kestenbaum to serve for a three year term as Class I Directors, to hold office
until the Annual Meeting of Stockholders in 2011 and until their successors
are
duly elected and qualified; and
Proposal
2:
Ratification of the Company’s appointment of UHY LLP as its independent public
accountants for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2008.
