Monumental Marketing Inc (MNUM) On The Spam Radar

by Martinas B. November 13, 2007
spam.jpgI can only think of two reasons, why this stock is being promoted on the spam campaign now for four days: either the heads of this company are in short supply of money for Christmas gifts or maybe they’re finally eager to make some positive figures in the company’s data sheet by the end of this year. That would be an achievement of the year for this company, ah?

Monumental Marketing Inc (MNUM) has NOT generated any sales or revenues for the past three years. I could hardly believe if this company has generated even a penny since the company was launched.

For this reason, it’s quite possible they’ve chosen pump-and-dump model so that they could make some money.

The spam campaign now has been going for four days and hit a total number of 474 spams received.
Monumental Marketing Inc (MNUM) had no sales or sales revenues for the three months ended June 30, 2007 or 2006.

I would be very doubtful, if the company could make some money from their business. Quite possibly in some next 20 years.

The company had general and administrative expenses of $12,435 for the three month period ended June 30, 2007 and $26,763 for the same period in 2006. The company had legal fees of $3,338 for the three period ended June 30, 2007 and $5,009 for the three month period ended June 30, 2006.

The company had consulting expenses of $54,424 for the three month period ended June 30, 2007 and $3,664 for the same period in 2006.

At June 30, 2007, the company had total current assets of $50.154 and total assets of $95.333 as compared to $9,849 current assets and $64,834 total assets at June 30, 2006. The company had net working capital of $470,045 at June 30, 2007 and $131,634 at June 30, 2006.

Net stockholders' equity in the company was $424,866 as of June 30, 2007 and $67,749 at June 30, 2007.

Due to the spam drive, the company's stock was up today by 8.46% since previous close or it hit barrier of $1.41. The company's market cap, according to its financial assumption is $42 millions, which is undoubtedly far from the truth.

Monumental Marketing intends to seek, investigate, and proceed with its plan to develop a less than lethal weapon, known as the Bouncer. The company was founded in 1997 and is based in Monsey, New York.

For the time being, avoid this stock otherwise you could become a Santa with no gifts.
