Suspiciously Low-Priced, Hiru Corp. (PINK:HIRU) Sets Up Yet Another Surge Opportunity

by Kaloyan Gadzhev February 9, 2011
Imagine someone offered you a Malibu beach house for $100 thousand, or a brand new Bugatti Veyron for $200 thousand. Most probably, you would say to yourself "This is way too good to be true!"

HIRU_chart.pngThis is what you could think looking at Hiru Corp. (PINK:HIRU, HIRU message board). Yesterday, the stock went 29.63% up and closed at $0.0035 with a decent volume too. Most of the trade happened after a press release by the company, shortly before the market closed. There are also several paid promotions, which could help get a lot of eyes on HIRU today.

There are some facts, however, that seem suspicious. The current market cap of the company is approximately $3.6 million. What makes this number a bit strange, are some numbers in HIRU's most recent quarterly report for the period ending September 30, 2010:
  • Revenue - $5,372,250
  • Total assets - $8,965,263
  • Total liabilities - $3,367,810
  • Net profit $534,679
Such figures would suggest a much higher price, and they are not new either. The reasons for the seemingly low price could be different. Maybe investors haven't seen the reports, although this wouldn't make much sense, or perhaps they just don't trust the numbers in them. The policy of HIRU to publish unaudited financial data doesn't help the credibility situation.HIRU_logo.jpg

On the other hand, if the data provided in the financial reports accurately reflects the real situation of the company, HIRU could really be huge. If investors get in at current price levels and the company manages to prove it is in fact as healthy as reports and PRs present it to be, the theoretical gains would be mind blowing.

Putting out a lot of positive announcements doesn't necessarily bring more transparency. Nevertheless, there is a very strong possibility that the rise, which began yesterday, will go on this session, not only because of the PR. Another impressive number around HIRU is the $230 thousand paid for one of the promotions. If it isn't a mistake, this compensation alone could easily move the price further up.
