tbco_logo.jpgTobacco One, Inc (Pink Sheets: TBCO) is not only making smoking products, but is also taking part in the penny stock spam campaign. Someone has been sending out emails promoting Tobacco One's stock.

As you might guess from the company's name, the company is in the tobacco business, or as it says on its old-school website, it is dedicated toon producing high-quality tobacco products.

The company has recently signed an important tobacco distribution contract with Comercializadora de la Rosa of Mexico City. According to Tobacco One, Comercializadora de la Rosa is one of the regions leading consumer products distributors with direct access to over 80,000 retail accounts and 120-plus sales professionals throughout the country.

Arturo Escalante, Director of Operations for Tobacco One's Latin American projects, and Director General for Tobacco One's appointed marketing firm, Integra MDC, stated, "The de la Rosa project could generate nearly 20 million units annually. This contract could translate into nearly $24 million in annual revenue for Tobacco One, Inc."

The company's stock is enjoying the spam ride

On July 25th, the company announced that it has terminated a deal to buy a leading U.S. tobacco product manufacturer.

As of Monday at 1:24PM ET the company's stock was up by nearly 40% floating at a price of $0.15 a share. Indeed, the company has won a major deal, which could boost its business, but the company needs to find a way of getting rid of these spammers.
