American Green, Inc. (OTCMKTS:ERBB) Hits Another Bump

by Todor Pichurov March 26, 2015

Yesterday's session dealt another blow to the share price of American Green, Inc. (OTCMKTS:ERBB, ERBB message board). The stock opened trading with a deep, sudden slide. After it recovered, ERBB stopped 6.3% down at $0.0088 per share. Share volume picked up speed as well and sat at 31.5 million shares traded.

It seems in the absence of any new PR, the company is having a bit of a hard time staying level on the charts. At least the paid pump that targeted ERBB on March 15 and 16 is now over, even if it was very likely responsible for the 12% drop last Wednesday that took place on a whopping 47 million shares.

ERBB is keeping a low profile and only dropping optimistic-sounding non-news in the inboxes of those who subscribed to the company's email service. Yesterday morning another of those emails was sent and it was essentially fluff highlighting the CARERS Act again and telling people the ZaZZZ rollout is really, really, really happening.

Even though the machines have been rolling out since early December, if ERBB's Facebook posts, photos and assurances are anything to go by, so far there are two locations that have fully activated ZaZZZ machines.

According to the company's latest PR, the machines that have had their software fully updated, their product imagery fully uploaded and have been datalinked to the Internet are considered fully acvitated. Those machines have a bit of text next to their installed location on the ZaZZZ Network hub site indicating they are 'online'. However, ever since March 13 when the first two locations went live, progress has come to a halt.

Those expecting to see a huge revenue boost on ERBB's next report, originating from the ZaZZZ machines, may be in for a surprise. The company itself has stated that this will not happen overnight. Currently the machines that are being sent out don't sell ERBB products but whatever the dispensary sells. This means the revenue ERBB derives from those ZaZZZ units is lease revenue only. With roughly a dozen machines out there and a lease of “under $100” as ERBB's own website describes it, the revenue derived from the ZaZZZ in the quarter ending next week is hardly going to be a game changer.
