Cool Technologies Inc (OTCMKTS:WARM) Climbing The Charts

by Anastas Gegov July 18, 2016

Cool Technologies Inc (OTCMKTS:WARM, WARM message board) has been having a hard time since the second half of February when it began to slide down the charts. Since then it has lost around 90% of its value and dropped well below the 10 cent per share mark.

Things weren’t looking good for WARM and it didn’t seem like they were going to get any better, especially when you took the financial state of the company into consideration. Here is just a quick look at some of the numbers of prime interest contained in the company’s report for the first quarter of the year.

  • cash: $222 thousand
  • current assets: $517 thousand
  • current liabilities: $4.13 million
  • revenues: ZERO
  • net loss: $2.53 million

Although these numbers aren’t that good and WARM has not issued any new press releases for two months now we see that the ticker has took as much beating as it can. The second half of last week ended with an upward run on increased volume for no apparent reason.

After gaining 17.32% in value during yesterday’s session we saw WARM finish the week with a price of $0.0752. A total of 2.29 million shares changed their owners, but managed to generate only $144 thousand in daily dollar volume at those prices.

Early trading today shows that WARM’s upward run might have come to an end. In any case, be sure to do your due diligence and weigh out the risks before putting any money on the line.
