SingularityNET (AGI) Token – Will It Continue to Rise?

by Ana Sullivan April 13, 2018

The SingularityNET (AGI) Token has reached a market capitalization of 93.47 Million dollars in the last 24-hour period. The token traded 16.05% higher against the U.S. dollar during the last 24 hours ending at 11:00 AM EDTon April 13th. SingularityNET aims to make AI accessible as a global commons. The SingularityNET team aims to achieve that via the combination of open source principles, blockchain integration, and leveraging the leading minds in machine learning. SingularityNET is the decentralized protocol for accessing a network of AI algorithms, services, and agents.

The SingularityNET team has published a White Paper on their site which reveals more details about what the SingularityNET project is about and where it is headed.

SingularityNET (AGI) Token - Recent Performance

The SingularityNET Token has reached a market capitalization of 93.47 Million dollars in the last 24-hour period. Although, its price is seeing a steady rise, it might rapidly drop soon. SingularityNET (AGI) Token – Background and Future

The following issues will need to be addressed if SingularityNET will become a successfully realized project:

  •         Social and emotional robotics

Tools have to be created, enabling SingularityNET to be used generically for affective robots in the home, office, school, nursing home and hospital etc. The focus is on creating a decentralized “AI mind cloud” from which numerous robots can draw intelligence, contribute knowledge, and which they can use to communicate between one another.

  •         Biomedical analytics

Core functionality can serve as the basis of many valuable Benefit projects. The focus here is on enabling the easy application of diverse AI tools to a massive number of interrelated datasets stored on the cloud. Clinical and biological research applications have need of massive cross-dataset AI analysis, plus there is a lack of publicly available, flexibly configurable tools providing this.

  •         Cybersecurity

SingularityNET will have acute cybersecurity needs. Machine learning can be used to identify patterns in prior attacks so as to better predict and identify new ones.

The Beta version of SingularityNET is to come out this July and the 1.0 version is set for December, 2018. That might determine the price and value of the related Token in the corresponding time periods as well as what future SingularityNET will have.
