USXP (Universal Express, Inc.)- How do we address a company that has significant stock price appreciation potential more as a "suing machine" than as an operating company? With awards (yet to be collected) of $526 million plus interest for suing the SEC in Florida on Naked shorting charges but only $1.5 million in revenues for the first 6 months of 2006, and 14.9 BILLION shares outstanding (yup, that's correct), I suppose that .18-of-a-cent stock (.0018) could be worth about 3.76 cents (.0376) in cash alone. Then again, they're suing North American Airlines for $168 million, Capitalalliance Financial Services for $269 million, and Coach Industries group for $160 million. So they're aiming to litigate their way into 8 cents/share in cash. So I suppose you might make 20-40 fold on your money in cash collection alone...but it's a hell of a way to live life.
