General

The Company is the holding company for First Financial Bank (the "Bank") and as a unitary savings and loan holding company is generally not restricted in the types of business activities in which it may engage provided that the Bank retains a specified amount of its assets in housing-related investments. The Company conducts no significant business or operations of its own other than holding all of the outstanding stock of the Bank. References to the Company or Registrant generally refers to the consolidated entity which includes the main operating company, the Bank, unless the context indicates otherwise.
