We are a registered member service provider of JP Morgan Chase Bank and a Strategic Partner of Chase Paymentech Solutions, LLC. Chase Paymentech Solutions, LLC is a joint venture between JPMorgan Chase & Co. and First Data Corp., and is the surviving parent entity of a business combination between Chase Merchant Services, LLC and Paymentech, LP.
