Our Company imports a significant portion of our component parts, including heads, shafts, headcovers, and grips from companies in China, Taiwan and Mexico. In addition, we sell our products to certain distributors located outside the United States. Our international business is currently centered in Canada, Europe and Asia, and our management intends to focus our international efforts through agency and distributor relationships.
