The Restated Articles of Incorporation filed on April 10, 1995, authorized the Company to issue 50,000,000 shares of Common Stock with a par value of $0.001 per share, and 10,000,000 shares of Preferred Stock with a par value of $0.001 per share. On October 9, 1999, the Company amended the Articles of Incorporation to increase the authorized number of shares to 100,000,000 shares of common stock, par value of $0.001 per share and 50,000,000 shares of Preferred Stock, par value of $0.001 per share.
