In 2001, we consummated a reverse acquisition transaction with American Ammunition Inc., a then-privately held Florida corporation. Upon completion of the reverse acquisition transaction with American Ammunition, Inc., we have been engaged in the manufacture and sale of small-arms ammunition for the wholesale and governmental markets.
