American Commerce Solutions, Inc. is a multi-industry holding company for its operating subsidiaries. As of the close of its most recently completed fiscal year end, the Company had two wholly owned subsidiaries operating in the manufacturing segment and the fiberglass segment. The operating subsidiaries are International Machine and Welding, Inc. located in Bartow, Florida and Chariot Manufacturing Company, Inc. located in Tampa, Florida.
