At the end of 2003, American Utilicraft Corporation moved its headquarters onto the Gwinnett County Airport (LZU) into an office/hangar building at 554 Briscoe Blvd, Lawrenceville, Georgia 30045.

The Company, located in the Atlanta-Metropolitan area on Gwinnett County airport, was incorporated in the State of Delaware in August of 1990. American Utilicraft was formed to conceive and implement solutions to the problem of declining capacity in the short haul (or feeder) route segments of the air cargo hub and spoke system.
