From October 1996 until April 1997, our predecessor operated as a development stage division of B.H. Capital Limited, engaging in publication design research, industry and competition research and demographic research. B.H. Capital Limited is an entity whose principal and sole owner is George Lovato, Jr., our chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President. We were incorporated under the laws of the State of Colorado on April 17, 1997.
