AMLI Residential Properties Trust ("AMLI" or the "Company") is a self-administered and self-managed real estate investment trust ("REIT") engaged in the management, acquisition, development and co-investment of upscale, institutional quality multifamily apartment communities in nine major metropolitan markets in the Southeast, Southwest, Midwest and Mountain regions of the United States.
