The Company has two operating subsidiaries, AquaCell Media, Inc., which operates in the out-of-home advertising segment of the advertising industry, and Aquacell Water Inc. (formerly Water Science Technologies, Inc.), which is engaged in the manufacture and sale of products for water filtration and purification, addressing various water treatment applications for municipal, industrial, commercial, and institutional purposes.
