As used herein, the terms "we," "us," "our," or the "Company" refer to Arlington Hospitality, Inc., a Delaware corporation organized in 1984, individually or together with its subsidiaries, and our predecessors. We are engaged in the development and construction of limited service hotels, without food and beverage facilities, as well as the ownership, operation, management and sale of these hotels.
