        Arrhythmia Research Technology, Inc. (“ART”) was incorporated under the laws of the State of Louisiana in 1981 and reincorporated under the laws of the State of Delaware in 1987. ART is engaged in the development and licensing of medical software, which acquires data and analyzes electrical impulses of the heart to detect and aid in the treatment of potentially lethal arrhythmias.
