ASAP Show, Inc. ("ASAP" or the "Company") is a spin off from Cyber Merchants Exchange, Inc. ("C-ME"). ASAP was incorporated in December 2004 under the laws of the State of Nevada. All of the assets and liabilities of C-ME have been transferred to the Company effective May 31, 2005 (the "Transfer").
