We were incorporated in Delaware on May 31, 1994 under the name Executive Help Services, Inc. for the purpose of developing an Internet web site that would offer planning of professional office space and design of modular office furniture with direct ordering capabilities. From our inception until June 1999, we had no significant operations. In June 1999, we began to offer our products and services through an e-commerce website, "www.modularoffice.com", which offered office furnishings to businesses ranging in size from ses operating in home offices to large corporate customers.
