Ages Health Services Inc. (the "Company") provides behavioral health services delivered by multidisciplinary teams of clinicians through two programs: the Geriatric Services Program and the Outpatient Services Program. In the Geriatric Services Program, teams go into nursing facilities and rest homes to provide services to the residents of these facilities.
